Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit tracijo.com, which includes Hello Traci Jo and TEACHology by Traci Jo, and how it is used. The short version: I collect only what I need to send you emails you asked for and to deliver what you buy, and I never sell your information.
Information you give me
- Email signups. When you join an email list or request a freebie, your email address (and first name, if you give it) is stored with Kit, my email service. I use it to send the freebie and occasional emails about new resources, workshops, stories or videos. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Purchases. Products are sold through my shop on Fourthwall. When you check out, Fourthwall and its payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) collect your name, email, and payment details to complete the order and deliver your files. I never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you email me or ask about a workshop, I use your message and contact details only to reply.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information (like your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages securely and protect the site from attacks.
- Embedded videos. Video pages show YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you play a video.
- Cookies. This site does not use advertising cookies. The email and shop services above may use cookies needed for their forms and checkout to work.
How your information is used
To send what you signed up for, deliver purchases, answer questions, and keep the site running safely. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Children
This site is written for adults, including teachers and parents. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
